Skin is the largest organ of the integumentary system.Skin protects us from microbes and the elements, helps regulate body temperature, and permits the sensations of touch, heat, and cold. Do you know if you take lots of stress it affects your skin too?

Patients who are suffering from this disease are in continuous state of stress. Oxidative Stress is an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the body’s ability to remove the free radicals from the body or detoxify their effects. Ordinarily, antioxidants are used to remove excess oxidation from the body, but if the balance is upset, strange conditions can occur- just like vitiligo.

 

Stress is the root cause of several diseases. If you are suffering from vitiligo and due to which you take lots of stress. Don’t be panic. As we are all familiar with the proverb “Prevention is Better Then Cure” . Yes vitiligo van be cured completely but one has to follow diet restrictions with positive attitude along with medicines.

A few minutes of meditation practice per day can help ease anxiety and stress. Stress-relief techniques focus on relaxing your mind and your body and helps you to cope up with the kin problems as well especially “Vitiligo”.
